Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for blessing us with the gift of children. Help us to treasure them the way you do. We want to pray that they have easy lives, full of love and tenderness and care and every earthly provision. But more than that, we pray that you will open their eyes to your love and tenderness and care and provision. We pray that, if it's possible, you would spare them from heartache and having to fall away from you to find you, but however it is necessary to get them to you, please get them there. Because we know that there is no greater gift than your sweet salvation and that you so often use broken people to accomplish your plan. But if they could be just a little less broken then us, please let them be! Help them to adjust to living in a new country. Keep them safe and well cared-for. But please, never let them go a day of their lives without knowing Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
Amen.
